If you find that the product you have received is not what you ordered, please follow these simple steps so that we can rectify this as quickly as possible:
Step 1: Submit a message explaining the problem you have encountered. Don't forget to tell us which pair of shoes you received by mistake.
Step 2: Let us know if you would like us to exchange them for the right pair or if you would prefer a refund. Our team will do everything possible to meet your expectations as quickly as possible.
Step 3: To facilitate the exchange process, we ask you to drop off the parcel containing the incorrect pair at the Mondial Relay point of your choice. Make sure that the product is in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
Once the right pair has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
