After each shipment, an email is sent to you with a tracking number. You can then go to the website of the carrier you have selected and enter this number. All the stages of your parcel will be recorded there.

Once we have received your order, our team will start working carefully to prepare your items. This process may take some time, depending on product availability and order volume.
Step 3: Parcel dispatch
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping details, including the tracking number for your parcel. Use this number to track your parcel in real time.
Step 4: Parcel tracking
Check our carrier's website regularly or use their mobile app to track your parcel. Enter the tracking number provided in the shipping email to find out the current location of your order.
