At Les Tropeziennes par M. Belarbi, our main aim is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return a product, we have a simple and convenient process in place.
Follow our detailed instructions below, depending on whether or not you have a customer account.
I have a Customer Account:
Step 1 : Log in to Your Account : Go to our website and log in to your Les Tropeziennes par M. Belarbi account.
Step 2 : Select the "Order history and details" tab in your customer area.
Step 3 : Select the Order and click on "Details" next to the order containing the items you wish to return.
Step 4 : Select the products and indicate the reason for the return.
Step 5 : Send us your request
Submit your return request by clicking on Request a return and a label will be sent to you by e-mail. Check your inbox carefully, including the SPAM or junk mail folder. It may be that the returns label has slipped into one of these folders.
Step 6 : Drop off your package
Drop off your package at the nearest Mondial Relay point Find the nearest Relay & Locker Point - Mondial Relay.
I don't have a Customer Account:
Step 1 : If you do not have a customer account, please contact us by sending a request via the help centre. Enter the name of the model you wish to return.
Step 2 :For returns from mainland France, we will send you a return label by e-mail (don't forget to check your spam folder).
For international returns, the return costs are at the customer's expense. Please contact a local carrier and return the parcel to the following address:
